On Friday, Simone Biles casually made history with a never-before-seen-move -- a double-twisting somersault dismount off the balance beam -- at the U.S. Gymnastic Championships.

And now, she's done it again.

Two days later, on Sunday, the 22-year-old U.S. gymnast and gold-medallist completed a "triple-double" on the floor -- becoming the first woman in history to do so in competition.

Biles had attempted this move earlier in the competition, but had fallen on her landing. But this time, in Kansas City, she nailed it — it's quite literally the first part of her incredible routine.

Here's Biles' reaction to completing it. Pretty stoked.

The video of Biles completing the move and making history yet again has been shared thousands of times on Twitter and received hundreds of enthusiastic comments. Chrissy Teigen may have summed it up best, though.

Biles went on to win her sixth U.S. Gymnastics Championship, becoming the first woman in close to 70 years to do so.

Tokyo 2020, you'd better be ready.
